So, I watched the first episode of doom patrol. I don’t mind the character liberties taken with Rita and Larry, but Cliff… not as great, but I understand the useful plot hooks there. Some nice nods to the comic, and Alan Tudyk is a perfect Mr. Nobody and narrator. Pleased with the Chief and Crazy Jane so far too. Not sure how I feel about the time dilation element, but it could unfold in an interesting way. Brendan Frasier looks pretty rough, not exactly beefy hunk or a palooka, but we shouldn’t be seeing much of his actual face past this first origin story. #doompatrol #robotman #rebis #Elasti-Girl #CliffSteele #LarryTrainor
