For those who want context: Scorponok realized Transformers were driving themselves to extinction with the war, so he had the crazy idea to make an organic baby then put a spark in it. Said baby was then meant to start a race of humanoids with sparks. His plan was later on to capture this new source of sparks, extract them, then place them in new Transformers bodies, thereby revitalizing the population.
