I have received inquiries as to what the occasional “screaming” is in the background of my videos.
“Is that a coyote?”, “Was that a PERSON?!?”
Nope. It’s our rooster, “Becky”*.

* When you get baby chicks at the seed-and-feed stores they cannot 100% guarantee they are all hens/female, but for the most part they should be. So we gave all our hens female names, and the one we called “Becky” turned out to be NOT a female. But we haven’t changed his name.
(Thought about shortening his name to “Beck” but was afraid he’d start waking us up with two turntables and a microphone.)
