Allison made amazing meatloaf from beyond burger vegetarian ground “beef”. It is *fantastic*, both as cold sammiches the day after and hot from the oven. Bell peppers were sweet and there was some instant flavor mix and dinner rolls from Spider Hall Farm. If you have the means to try, I highly recommend it. I would welcome this into the regular rotation gladly. #kissthecook
