back033120090004: EXAM# TYPE/EXAM 000238349 RAD.ER/L/S SPINE AP+LAT EXAM(S) PERFORMED: Lumbar spine AP and lateral views REASON FOR EXAM: Back pain. AP and lateral views of the lumbosacral spine with coned down lateral view of the lumbosacral junction were obtained. There is normal curvature and alignment of the spine. There is mild joint space narrowing of the L4-5 and L5-S1 disc spaces. There is also anterior osteophytic lipping of the L4, L5 and S1 vertebrae. There is otherwise maintenance of vertebral body and disc space heights. No fractures or subluxations are present. IMPRESSION: No acute fractures or subluxations. Mild degenerative disc disease at L4-5 and L5-S1 levels. Mild spondylitic changes.
