A year away from ACIM. Who’d have thought it? Good to have moved on, though I’m very proud of the good I accomplished while I was there.

I’m so thankful that I’m here now… I have a loving family, some nice local friends, a good job… let alone the default things like a roof over my head, regular feedings and the ability to read!

Off to the in-laws with BHK… she prepared a quorn “turkey” roast, veggies, cake, stuffing, and all manner of goodness. I don’t know how it could possibly beat the shepherds pie she made for me last night, but if anyone can do it, she can. I’m truly blessed to be married to such a warm, loving, beautiful, brilliant woman who can cook, too!

Just because someone isn’t on my “friends list” here on LJ, it doesn’t mean I’m not reading other ones… I wonder why folks are so surprised when I comment on something that they wrote and I don’t auto link them? There are a lot of reasons not to… maybe I don’t want them reading my “friend’s only” posts… or maybe they write so often that it floods out my aggregator. Hmm… I liked myself most physically at about 21. I rather like where I am mentally and socially, now.
