Just in case you haven’t heard, there’s been a massive recall of tainted beef. Here’s the thing–beef recalls are really difficult to do. The government can’t force the meat industry to recall beef, & usually by the time the meat industry issues the recall, the tainted meat has gotten pretty far out into the world. So, lay off the beef for a while (if you don’t already do so).
